All six Google reviews are five-star, though specific details about the service experience are not available from the review text. The business states it has operated for 10 years and serves multiple southeastern locations including Jacksonville.
Dr. Catherine and her team stand out for the time they invest in understanding each patient's history, conducting thorough physical exams alongside lab work, and explaining how the body responds to diet and supplements. Patients consistently note that they receive personalized protocols, ongoing follow-up blood work, and encouragement to make informed choices rather than simply following prescriptions. Many have worked with the practice on weight loss, hormone optimization, and thyroid issues, with reviews mentioning improved energy, digestion, and lab results over months of care.
Reviewers consistently report feeling welcomed and well-cared-for by a team that knows them by name. Tonya, Pia, and Raquel appear throughout praise for their knowledge, preparation, and patience in answering questions during visits. The Jacksonville location has grown loyal over years of service, with staff taking time to explain treatment options clearly. One recent concern: the website says they accept "most PPO insurances," but a patient was told they accept only one plan. Verify coverage by phone before your first appointment.
